Tara & Joy Love to Ramble

Close the door. Write with no one looking over your shoulder. Don't try to figure out what other people want to hear from you; figure out what you have to say. It's the one and only thing you have to offer. Barbara Kingsolver

The Right Kind of Wrong

I like you, but I like myself more.
I care about you, but I care about myself more.
I want you to be happy, but I want to be happier.
I want you to succeed, but my success is more important.
I love you, but I love myself more.

I love you, but I love my God more.
I care about our relationship, but my relationship with God is more important.
I want you to be happy, but I can't be the one who provides your happiness.
I want you to succeed, but your success cannot be of this world. His glory is more important.
I love you, but my God loves you more.
