Tara & Joy Love to Ramble

Close the door. Write with no one looking over your shoulder. Don't try to figure out what other people want to hear from you; figure out what you have to say. It's the one and only thing you have to offer. Barbara Kingsolver

Dream Dilemma

Hmmm . . .

Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more.
Genesis 37:5
If you continue reading (as I am sure many of you have) it becomes evident that God reveals much to Joseph through his dreams. God communicates with Joseph and allows him to do many things while also experiencing much heartache through his dreams.

What does God use our dreams for today? Does he still communicate with us through our dreams?

It has been said that we understand God best early in the morning or late in the night best because we have not had time (or we are too tired) to allow for our filters to be set in place and for the world to influence our thought.

Does our subconscious reveal our true relationship with God? Does he choose to speak to us when our defenses are down?

Do our dreams mean anything?
